Available Positions & Departments:

1️⃣ Deputy Manager (Design-E&I):

 45 BSc/MSC in Electrical Engineering, 6-8 years of experience in electrical systems design & instrumentation of heavy machinery. Expertise in E&I design, PLC systems, control panels, industrial sensors, and AutoCAD Electrical.

2️⃣ Deputy Manager (Logistics):

 45 Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or BE (Mechanical) with Certification/Diploma in Logistics/SCM. 6-8 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the public sector or large manufacturing industries.

3️⃣ Assistant Manager (Design-R&D):

 40 Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in R&D, heavy machinery, reverse engineering, and materials development—expertise in AutoCAD, CREO Parametric, SOLIDWORKS, 3D Scanning, and 3D printing.

4️⃣ Assistant Manager (Design – Structure / Transmission Line Towers):

 40 Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering, 4-5 years of experience in steel structure and transmission tower design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, TEKLA Structure PLS Tower, and PLS CAD.

5️⃣ Assistant Manager (Contracts) :

40 Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, or related fields. Certification/Diploma in Contract Management/Supply Chain. 4-5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts.

6️⃣ Assistant Managers (Foundry & Forge):

 40 Bachelor/Master in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in moulding/pattern-making techniques and technical drawings.

7️⃣ Assistant Managers (Mechanical Works):

 40 Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in fabrication, machining, and steel assembly.

8️⃣ Supervisors (Tech):

 40 FSC (Pre-Engineering) / DAE (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Mechatronics) from a recognized institution. 5+ years of supervisory experience in steel manufacturing, welding, fabrication, and machining.

9️⃣ Supervisor (Logistics):

 40 DAE (Mechanical) OR Retired Army JCO/NCO (SMT) with experience in logistics & transportation. 3+ years of experience in dispatch/logistics management, preferably in a steel manufacturing setup.

✅ Education:
 Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.

✅ Experience:
 Required 2-8 years of experience in relevant fields.

✅ Technical Skills: 
Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, TEKLA, STAAD Pro, SolidWorks, and other relevant software where applicable.

✅ Certifications:
