Positions Available & Eligibility Requirements Experience with

A postgraduate degree in Earth Science, Computer Science, Surveying, Engineering, Forestry, or Geography five years of relevant experience with a focus on GIS. Candidates with prior job experience in the agriculture, irrigation, and water industries are preferred.
Two Junior Engineers/Assistant Directors (One post)7 A civil engineering bachelor's degree from a university approved by HEC and PEC.
A master's degree and three years or more of experience in the field are beneficial. Candidates with expertise in the water, irrigation, and agriculture sectors are preferred.
3 Junior Specialist/Assistant Director (Procurement) (One post)7 A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or business administration from an institution approved by the HEC. A master's degree is beneficial. SPPRA Certified Procurement Management Professional is preferred. Three years or more of experience in the field. Candidates with experience working on donor-funded projects are given preference.4 Junior IT Professional (One role)7 Computer science or information technology bachelor's degrees from a HEC-approved institution. Three years of experience in a related subject, including two years of specialized expertise. It is necessary to have practical knowledge of tables, graphs, and charts. Candidates with experience working on donor-funded projects are given preference.5 Junior HRM Specialist (One role)7 A master's degree in business administration from an accredited university focusing on human resource management. Three years of experience in human resources at a respectable company. Candidates with experience working on donor-funded projects are given preference. Concerning the Sindh Water Sector & Barrages Improvement Directorate Coordinating, overseeing, and carrying out water and agricultural projects is the primary responsibility of the Directorate of Sindh Water Sector & Barrages Improvement (PCMU-SSU), which is housed under the Planning & Development Department of the Government of Sindh. Essential initiatives, including the Sindh Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) Policy, the Recovery and Reconstruction Unit (RRU), and the Shared Services Unit (SSU), are also managed by the department. This program ensures efficient use of infrastructure projects sponsored by foreign sources and is essential to Sindh Province's water management, irrigation system upgrades, and agricultural sustainability.
